Social Media is so 2009.
That’s right. We’ve left the hype bubble of social media as shiny new object, and it’s time to innovate in ways that provide real results. As a practicing digital strategist, I look for technologies and memes that further my clients’ business and better connect them with their customers. But I never advocate a tool for the tool’s sake.
Why do different generations embrace social media differently? How can marketers affect declining trust, time and attention? How can social tools and channels realign the enterprise with its customers, in a way that grows revenue? These are some of the topics I speak about, at conferences and private workshops all over the world.
